
I am running Citrix XenApp 5 Platinum edition on Server 2003 R2. When I run the printcfg.exe utility the printer is listed however it has a status of "disconnected" When I try to manually connect the printer I receive a message stating "Could not connect to the client printer"

When I create my Citrix session, the printer does not get connected. The Labelwriter is connected to the thin client via USB and is seen by the thin client as LPT1. I have installed the Dymo Label Writer driver on the citrix servers. I have applied this policy to all of my citrix servers (this is a test environment).
